This weekend was delicious. And fun. Two great things. Friday I went to Hopewell and enjoyed ½ burger, ½ fried chicken sandwich and fries. And multiple IPAs.
Saturday was all about me time and relaxing. It started with a delicious breakfast.
It ended with a makeshift dinner of frozen breaded tilapia, rice, and Brussels sprouts.
Sunday was the most delicious day. I went to lunch at Dig Inn with Christine for a delicious grain bowl.
And dinner that night was all homemade. Homemade pasta bolognese with garlic bread and wine. And homemade frozen yogurt!
Sunday included a delicious bagel sandwich from Bagelsaurus. Avocado makes it difficult to eat but so delicious. These sourdough bagels are a must.
Dinner was leftover pasta bolognese with some peppermint taza chocolate and tea. Goodbye delicious weekend.
